How it started
We were looking for something special for our friends' wedding: a way for all the guests to share their photos — without an app, without a group chat, and so that the pictures would run on the screen that same evening.
The guests' response was so good that we have offered the service for other weddings ever since and keep developing it.
Who is behind it
weddingphotos.live is a service of Frion UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Leverkusen. We develop and run the service ourselves.
What matters to us
- Guests need neither an app nor an account — a QR code is enough.
- No advertising, in any package, not even the free one.
- One-off payment instead of a subscription: a package is valid for one year and does not renew.
- Face recognition only with your explicit consent — and deleted again with one click.
Where your data is stored
Our servers are located in Germany. Payments within the EU go through Stripe, outside the EU through Paddle; your card details never reach our servers.
