Encrypted transfer
Every upload is encrypted — which matters most on a venue's open Wi-Fi.

Wi-Fi in hotels and event barns is either open or shares one password with a hundred guests. Anyone on the same network could read unencrypted traffic. So every connection here runs over TLS — uploading as much as viewing and downloading.
The address inside the QR code leads to an encrypted page as well. Guest passwords never cross the network in the clear, and the connection to the screen is protected just like the one to a phone.
