One package, one price, one term — and no automatic renewal.
The usual annoyance does not come at the point of purchase but afterwards: a renewal nobody noticed, or a feature listed in the package that costs something once you use it. Neither exists here.
What a package includes is on the pricing page — streams, storage, videos, download, table card. The term ends when it ends. If you need more, you top up deliberately; nothing happens on its own.
All prices are final prices, including VAT, and are the same throughout the European Union. We do not charge any payment fees, and there is no cost to your guests — the price depends on your package, not on the number of people taking part.
Even what you’d usually only find in the small print is shown in the summary before you pay: add-ons such as extra storage or keeping the original files are chosen explicitly at checkout. And if you exercise your right of withdrawal, you can see there in advance which part for the immediate provision is not refunded — we refund the rest in proportion to the remaining time.

What happens at the end of the term?
The stream ends. Download what you want to keep beforehand — the zip download is there for that.
Can I move to a larger package later?
Yes. Moving up is possible at any time and the photos are kept.
Will I have to cancel anything in the end?
No. There is no subscription — the package ends automatically, and nothing is renewed or charged for afterwards.
Can I try it on first to see if it fits?
Yes. With the free trial, you can try everything out at your leisure, with limited storage and without having to provide any payment details.
